Finishing the novel is not as easy as it sounds. So, what's a writer to do? Enter in through the backdoor. I'm editing the book, and thinking deeply about the story, the characters, the purpose of it all. And for all my frustration, I'm actually enjoying the process. That is, when I stop long enough to work on it.

That's it for now. I have an opportunity to write before my 1 o'clock meeting, and I'm seizing it. I have one precious hour. Go!
